Chad has worked for the big box retail mortgage companies. He saw inconsistency in service with lack of care or connection with borrowers at every company. Loan agents passing along the minimum, usually scripted information to clients leaving them uninformed and powerless from manipulative tactics. Processing and turn times were cumbersome with loans stuck and slow moving in heavy pipelines.

With his expansive lending product knowledge Chad decided to step out on his own and become an independent mortgage broker. He sees the gap in the market for a low cost, competitive lender that can be straight and honest. His professionalism, integrity and fair business practices are refreshing to both borrowers and agents he’s had the pleasure of working with.
Chad prides himself on taking the time to explain the most complicated situations and really connecting with his clients. The business of finance doesn’t have to be so complicated! Building and keeping a strong referral base is his forte.

Rick has been a part of the Lake Havasu community for over 20 years and became a full-time permanent resident in 2017. He’s a husband, father and grandfather that enjoys family, lake life, fishing, off-roading and a good game of golf. His love for the water carries over into being a volunteer for the Lake Havasu Marine Association and many local organizations.
He has the unique career knowledge base of both a Realtor® representing buyers and sellers, and as a licensed loan officer in both AZ and CA. Rick has worn many hats in the industry including all phases of wholesale, correspondent lending, underwriting and secondary markets.
Above all, he prides himself on the close relationships developed with his clients far beyond the close of the transaction and strives to be a trusted consultant for life.

With his background as a sales coach, public speaker and personal counselor, as well as, having 10 years of experience as a Financial Advisor he enjoys being alongside his clients as an advisor to help them make the best possible decisions in purchasing their dream home and building wealth for a secure future. It’s about helping people!
Rick’s caring nature and desire to help others has led him to become involved in the leadership of local community organizations, such as, Lake Havasu City Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce Foundation for Education and Leadership, and Calvary LHC.
He is a proud husband, father, grandfather and loves his adorable French bulldog Roxie. You will find him out on the lake enjoying the water, sitting in the pool watching NASCAR races or at many of the local concerts and events year around in Lake Havasu.

Jacob brings years of experience in the mortgage industry as an account executive at a top producing wholesale lender. He prides himself on high performance standards in everything he does for his clients. His goal is to find real solutions for even the most complicated loan scenarios, challenge accepted!
Originally from Michigan, Jacob loves the sunny weather and all the outdoor fun the Arizona desert brings. You’ll find him boating, hiking, running or at the gym almost every day.

Kay comes to Mohave Mortgage with 40 years of mortgage experience. 25 years in the Corporate Mortgage world and then she branched off into owning her own Broker business for the past 15 years. Her clients and connections she has served over the years have become part of her family.
She was born in Wisconsin, grew up in the Midwest and moved to CO in 2005. She and her husband have vacationed in Lake Havasu for many years and now, they decided to become full time residents and absolutely love the lifestyle here.
Kay, Glenn and George, their boxer pup enjoy being outside jet skiing, boating, beach days, riding their motorcycle and spending quality time with friends and loved ones. You may find her crocheting a blanket or two on those days relaxing indoors too!

Chad and Dawn have had a dreamy relationship with the Colorado river and desert since they were kids. Chad’s family vacationed at Black Meadow Landing where he learned how to ski and Dawn went to her first enduro race at two months old.
